Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns can be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging.
• The Vagadia Jewellers barcode/tag must remain intact and must not be removed, damaged or tampered with.

2. Returns Accepted Only If

• You received the wrong product.
• The product was damaged during transit.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

3. Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

• The product has been used, worn or altered.
• The product has been damaged by the customer.
• The product is customized, personalized or made-to-order.
• A return request is made after 5 days of delivery.
• The original barcode/tag is missing, removed or damaged.

• If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item or manufacturing defect), Vagadia Jewellers will bear the return shipping charges.
• For all other approved returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
• Before dispatching your order, we may share a packing video via WhatsApp or Telegram for complete transparency.
